Done-for-you listing setup: what you get for $60

Professional Listing Setup from Month ‘n’ More: for $60 our team prepares up to three furnished listings from your details and photos. Here’s what’s included.

Light oak home desk beside a window with an unbranded laptop showing empty form fields, fanned property photographs, a slate pen and a small plant in a sage pot.

Some owners enjoy writing their own listing. Others would rather hand over their notes and photos and get back something polished. If you’re in the second group, Professional Listing Setup is for you. It’s one of the most common things owners ask us about, so here’s exactly what you get, what you still do yourself and how it fits with your plan.

What it costs

Professional Listing Setup is $60, a one-time fee, and it covers up to three listings. It’s an add-on, so it needs an owner plan. On the Pricing page you’ll see it offered as a bundle with a renewing plan, or you can add an owner plan first and then add setup. Prices shown exclude any applicable tax and are confirmed before you pay.

What our team does for you

Using the information and photos you supply, our team:

  1. Writes your title and description. We turn your notes into a clear, warm description that sets honest expectations.
  2. Enters your confirmed property details. Property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, guests, monthly price, deposit, utilities and availability, exactly as you’ve confirmed them.
  3. Uploads and arranges your photos. We put your strongest shots first and order the rest so renters can picture moving through the home. Each listing can hold up to 12 photos.
  4. Adds amenities and house rules. Wi-Fi, laundry, parking, workspace, pet policy and the rules you want renters to know before they ask.
  5. Sends you a private draft for approval. Nothing goes into review until you’ve read it and said yes.

That’s the heart of it: you share what you know about your home, and we shape it into a listing that’s ready to review.

What it doesn’t include

It’s worth being clear about the edges, so nothing comes as a surprise:

  • Photography. We work with the photos you send. We don’t visit to take pictures.
  • Your listing plan. Setup is separate from the owner plan. You still need an active plan with an open listing space.
  • Your owner ID check. Every owner completes their own live ID check, a photo ID plus a matching selfie. We can’t do that step for you. Read why we ask and how it works.
  • Guaranteed approval. Listings we help prepare go through the same team review as every other listing.

You also stay responsible for the accuracy of every listing. That’s why the private draft matters. Read it carefully, check the numbers and fix anything that isn’t quite right before you approve it.

What we’ll ask you for

The better the intake, the better the listing. Here’s what to have ready:

  • Photos. Current, real photos of every bedroom, bathroom, the kitchen and living area, plus the furnishings. Natural light helps. Please skip watermarks, stock images or photos from other sites.
  • The basics. Property type, address, city and state, bedrooms, bathrooms and maximum guests.
  • Money matters. Monthly price, deposit and how utilities work.
  • Availability. Your available-from date and your minimum stay (at least 30 nights on Month ‘n’ More).
  • Amenities and furnishings. What’s there and what’s included: linens, kitchen basics, Wi-Fi, laundry, parking.
  • House rules. Pets, smoking, guests, quiet hours and anything your building requires.

Missing or unclear details slow things down, so a complete intake is the quickest path to a draft you’re happy with. If you’d like help shaping your rules, our guide to writing clear house rules is a good place to start.

How it fits into listing your place

Here’s the order most owners follow:

  1. Create your account (owner onboarding opens December 1, 2026).
  2. Complete your owner ID check.
  3. Choose your owner plan, and add Professional Listing Setup.
  4. Send us your intake details and photos.
  5. Review the private draft and approve it.
  6. Submit for review. Our team checks every listing before it becomes public.

If you’d rather do it yourself, that works too. Our guide on how to list your furnished place in 10 steps walks you through it.

Is it worth it for you?

Setup tends to make the most sense if:

  • You have two or three places to list and want them consistent. One fee covers up to three listings.
  • You’re new to monthly rentals and want a listing that answers renters’ common questions from the start.
  • You’re short on time and would rather spend it getting the home ready than writing copy.
  • Writing descriptions just isn’t your favorite thing. That’s completely fair.

If you have one place, love writing and already have great photos, you may not need it. Either way, the listing goes through the same review.

A few common questions

Do I need an owner plan first? Yes. Professional Listing Setup is an add-on to an owner plan. You can bundle it with a renewing plan or add a plan first.

Can you take the photos? No. Setup uses the photos you provide. Our guide to photos and descriptions that set clear expectations has tips for taking good ones on a phone.

Will my listing be approved? Setup doesn’t guarantee approval. Every listing is reviewed against the same standards. If something needs a change, it goes back to draft so it can be fixed. See what happens after you submit a listing for review.

Can I edit the listing later? Yes, it’s your listing. Changes to things like the title, description, rules, amenities or photos on an approved listing may be reviewed again.

Is the fee refundable? Like other Month ‘n’ More fees, it’s non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Full billing terms are in Section 13 of the Terms of Service.
