Month ‘n’ More pricing explained for owners
Owner plans from $95 for six months or $189 a year for two listings, no commission on rent and no renter booking fees. Every Month ‘n’ More price, explained.
Pricing is one of the first things owners ask us about, and it should be simple. Month ‘n’ More charges owners a flat fee to list. We don’t take a cut of your rent, and renters don’t pay booking fees. Here’s every price in one place, what each one includes, and how to work out what you’ll actually spend.
The short version
- Owner plan: $189 for one year or $95 for six months, with two active listings included.
- Additional property: $95 a year or $48 for six months per extra listing, matched to your plan term.
- Hotel and apartment communities: $850 per location, per year.
- Professional Listing Setup (optional): $60, one time, for up to three listings.
- Listing boost (optional): $37 for 14 days or $80 for 30 days.
- Commission on rent: none. You keep 100% of the rent.
- Renter booking fees: none.
All prices are in U.S. dollars, exclude applicable taxes and are confirmed before you pay. The live Pricing page is always the final word.
The owner plan: two listings, one flat fee
The owner plan is what puts your places on Month ‘n’ More. Every plan includes two active property, apartment or hotel listings, so if you have a main home and a spare unit, or two apartments, one plan covers both.
You choose the term:

Additional properties
If you have more than two places, add an additional property for each extra listing:

Additional properties match your owner plan’s term, and the extra space lasts as long as that plan term does. Three places on an annual plan, for example, would be $189 plus $95, or $284 for the year.
Hotels and apartment communities
If you run a hotel, an extended-stay property or an apartment community, the location plan is $850 per location, per year. It covers unlimited room or unit types at one address, with shared photos and amenities, quantity and availability per unit, and direct renter inquiries. You buy it from the location’s page in your owner account, not through the cart. It doesn’t include Professional Listing Setup or a listing boost, and listing review still applies.

Optional extras
Neither extra is required. They’re there if they help.
Professional Listing Setup: $60. Our team writes your title and description, enters your confirmed details, arranges your photos and adds amenities and house rules for up to three listings, then sends you a private draft to approve. You’ll need an owner plan. Read what you get for $60.
Listing boost: $37 for 14 days or $80 for 30 days. A boost gives one approved, published listing more visibility through fair search rotation. Boosted listings are labeled as sponsored. A boost starts when payment is confirmed, covers one listing and doesn’t guarantee a particular position, number of views or inquiries.
What you never pay
This part matters just as much:
- No commission on rent. Whatever rent you and your renter agree, it’s yours.
- No booking fees for renters. Searching, saving favorites, messaging owners and posting stay requests are free for renters, which keeps your total price competitive.
- No payment processing on rent. Rent, deposits and leases are arranged directly between you and your renter. Month ‘n’ More doesn’t process or hold rent.
Plan fees pay for listing and marketplace services only. They aren’t rent and aren’t shared with renters.
Three example setups
One spare room. One-year owner plan: $189. You still have one listing space left if you add a second place later.
Two apartments, trying it out. Six-month owner plan: $95. Both apartments are covered.
Three homes, with help. One-year owner plan ($189) + one additional property ($95) + Professional Listing Setup ($60) = $344 for the first year, before tax. Setup is a one-time fee.
Renewal: one-time by default
Plans are one-time purchases unless you choose automatic renewal. If you don’t opt in, your plan simply ends at the end of the term and won’t charge you again. When it ends, your listings stop appearing publicly until you renew.
If you do turn on automatic renewal, you can cancel it any time from your owner dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the term you’ve paid for. If a price ever goes up, owners on automatic renewal get an email at least 30 days before it applies.

Refunds
Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. That includes partly used terms and unused listing spaces. If you think you’ve been charged in error, such as a duplicate charge, email admin@monthnmore.com within 60 days of the charge and we’ll review it. Full billing terms are in Section 13 of the Terms of Service.
